Gentle, guided practices to calm your mind and reset your body. You'll find a mix of Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation etc. (One new live session each month and all replays can be found in the resource vault.)

Monthly 'Explore' Sessions

Inspiring conversations and/or workshops that encourage self-discovery. We'll either learn something OR create something together! This could include anything from learning to draw, setting boundaries, makeup & skincare tips, menopause etc. The topic will change month to month to keep it exciting! Ad Hoc 'Encore' Sessions

Surprise Chats on an ad-hoc basis. 1:1 Zoom calls between Miranda and a special guest - essentially a private video podcast for the group. (All replays in the resource vault.)
